Volunteering for the non-profit association Pink Programming that strives to create a supportive and inspiring environment where women feel encouraged to discover the joy of programming. The Pink Programming Python camp is a long weekend spent at beautiful Bryggholmens gård with the aim of learning to code while we socialize and enjoy the Swedish summer. During the camp you will learn to program in Python. Pink Programming is organizing our popular Java course for beginners. We will return to the beautiful apple farm in Kivik for a five day intensive course in Java where, teacher-led lessons will be combined with hands on programming tasks - all to give us the best possible programming start. Pink Programming was founded 2015 with the purpose to organize camps where women could learn to program in an inspiring and undemanding environment. The founders of Pink Programming are three female developers who wished for more female colleagues in the industry.

In order to organize camps outside the already planned Pink camps, your project plan must be approved by the Camp Manager and the board of Pink Programming. This is done by submitting an application to the Camp Manager at campmanager@pinkprogramming.se no later than March 17, with the following content: Project description What do you want to do?
